SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at immunityscience.store! We ship all of our orders via USPS/UPS/FedEx. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 2 days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, food items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

NASAL SPRAYS

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of receipt your purchase. The product must be in the original, unopened packaging and undamaged in any way. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your return. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
